On July 18, 2025, Albany Pro Musica’s Concert Chorus performed “Emergent Universe Oratorio,” a dramatic piece for chorus and orchestra by Sam Guarnaccia. This remarkable work tells the story of our universe’s origin, evolution, and emergence of life up to the present environmental and civilizational crises facing our planet. A lush set design by painter Cami Davis further enhanced the orchestral piece.
